TECUMSEH — The Tecumseh City Council has finalized changes to the terms of the city’s Employee Retirement Systems Board of Trustees.
Council approved the Ordinance, which amends the city code to align board member terms with the elected terms of City Council members.
Officials say the change is intended to streamline governance and ensure consistency between the council and the retirement board overseeing city employee benefits.
The ordinance passed unanimously.
