ADRIAN — Hope In Action is leading a relief drive to support a Lenawee County mother and her 10-year-old daughter who lost everything in a recent house fire.
The pair escaped through a second-story window and are now recovering from injuries with no belongings left.
Community members are asked to donate new clothing, personal care supplies, food items, or gift cards. Urgent clothing needs include women’s size 40B sports bras, size 8.5 shoes, and girls’ sizes 9 shoes, 11–14 clothing, and size 6M underwear.
Drop-off dates are August 2nd, 9th, and 16th at the Lenawee County Courthouse from 11:30 to 1. Donations are also accepted via CashApp or Venmo.
