
Thomas Marshall Craig, age 85, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his three sons. He was born January 7, 1940 in Ecorse Michigan. He was the son of William Craig and Thelma (Combs) Craig.
After serving honorably in the United States Army, he married the love of his life Wilda Fay (Duncan) Craig in Taylor Michigan. In 1966 he started the family farm in Medina Township.
He was a faithful member of the Adrian Church of Christ and served in multiple leadership positions in the church.
Besides farming, he enjoyed rabbit hunting and raising beagles. He was a member in and leader of the Detroit Beagle Club. The beagles he raised and sold received multiple awards and championships.
Surviving is his wife Wilda; three sons, David (Nellie) Craig, James (Barbara) Craig and John (Molly) Craig, a sister Thelma Ann Anthony, seven grandchildren Zach (Chelsea) Craig, Alex (Dana) Craig, Luke (Payton) Craig, Kayley Craig, Clay Craig, Casey Craig, Emma Craig and six great grandchildren Nolan, Cassius, Ward, Leah, Beckham and Bennett. He was preceded in death by his parents as well as his siblings William Craig, Robert Craig, Lillian Proffit and Mary Lou Burkey.
In accordance with Tom’s wishes, cremation will be taking place and a memorial service will take place at a later date.
