
ADRIAN — Michigan State University Extension is offering a free six-week course this summer designed to help individuals learn the basics of cooking for one.
The “Cooking for One” series will run on Wednesdays from June 11 through July 23 at the MSU Extension Demo Kitchen in Adrian. Classes take place from 10 a.m. to noon, with no session on July 2.
The program is geared toward people living alone for the first time, including young adults, seniors, and busy professionals. Participants will explore simple meal prep techniques, strategies for healthy eating, and tips for planning and shopping on a budget.
