
Helen B. Pierceall, age 92 years of Hudson, formerly of Jackson, Lansing area passed away on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at her home surrounded by her family. She was born on January 13, 1933, in Lansing, the daughter of George A. and Lucille A. (Young) Andersen.
Helen attended school in Lansing until her senior year when she moved to Vandercook Lake Public Schools. She worked as a switchboard operator for the telephone company, Jacobson’s Department Store and the former Foote Hospital all in Jackson. Helen has been married to Lawrence Pierceall for over 26 years. She enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing the organ, listening to music, singing, especially in the Hudson Cantata and being with family. Helen was a member of the First Baptist Church in Hudson and liked going to the Gospel Barn.
Surviving besides her husband, Lawrence are her three daughters, Ann (John) Furlong, Paula Furlong and Renea (Eric) Stevick, two step-daughters, Cassie (Nate) Hall and Artie (Jason) Friedrich, three grandchildren, Brie, Jennifer and James, three step-grandchildren, Madison, Micaela and Jaeda, one great-grandchild, Logan and two step-great-grandchildren, Rylah and Renley. She was preceded in death by her parents.
A Celebration of Life will take place at 6:00 P.M. on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at the First Baptist Church in Hudson with Pastor John Rath officiating. Burial will follow at a later date in Maple Grove Cemetery, Hudson.
