
ADRIAN — Lenawee County Administrator Kim Murphy earned an ‘exceeds expectations’ rating in her annual performance review, a vote of confidence that came with new goals.
The Board of Commissioners entered closed session May 13th to conduct the review, which included written evaluations from all nine commissioners, as well as input from department heads, an elected official, and court representatives.
Following the review, the board passed a resolution outlining five SMART goals for the coming year: local government engagement, community connections, departmental goal setting, next steps on the judicial building, and support for a county-wide strategic plan.
