ADRIAN — The City of Adrian is officially underway in its search for a new city administrator.

Consultant Amy Cell outlined a process that will involve feedback from city staff, commissioners, and the public. She said the goal is to understand what qualities and experience Adrian’s next administrator should bring to the table.

Cell emphasized the importance of both community input and internal insights, calling it a stakeholder-driven process. She told commissioners her firm would begin collecting feedback this month, with applications opening in June and interviews expected in August.

Commissioners supported the approach and asked to include town halls and public sessions during the process.
