
ADRIAN, Mich. — The Lenawee County Department on Aging is offering a series of Fall Prevention Presentations aimed at educating older adults on strategies to prevent falls.
These sessions will cover common causes of falls, strength and balance exercises, health and lifestyle changes to lower fall risk, fall prevention strategies, and what to do if a fall occurs.
The next presentation is scheduled for Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. at the Hudson Senior Center. Additional sessions will be held on Friday, May 9, at 10:00 a.m. at the Blissfield Senior Center, Tuesday, May 20, at noon at the Morenci Senior Center, and Thursday, May 22, at 5:30 p.m. at the Adrian Ebeid Center at Comstock.
