LDFA Renews Funding for Launch Lenawee

ADRIAN, Mich. – The Local Development Finance Authority has approved a new two-year funding agreement to continue and expand the Launch Lenawee program.​

Launch Lenawee supports local entrepreneurs through business education, technical training, and startup guidance. LDFA board members approved over $148,000 in funding over two fiscal years, covering expanded programming and new reporting requirements.​

Launch Lenawee board member Jay Marks explained the mission this way:

Adrian City officials say the updated agreement includes quarterly progress updates, as well as an annual report each July outlining measurable outcomes, such as the number of businesses served and estimated jobs created.​
