Local Leaders Honored at Lenawee Community Foundation Celebration

ADRIAN, Mich. – Robert Vogel was honored with the Lenawee Leadership Award at the Lenawee Community Foundation’s annual celebration last week.

Vogel, a charter member of the foundation, was recognized for his long-standing service to the community, including his leadership on numerous health and education-related boards. The award highlights individuals who demonstrate exceptional commitment to improving Lenawee County through service and philanthropy.

The Foundation’s annual meeting was held at the Adrian Armory, where over 200 attendees gathered to celebrate a record year of community impact, including more than $360,000 in scholarships awarded and the successful completion of a $2 million fundraising goal.

Following Vogel’s recognition, the Foundation also celebrated the next generation of local leaders.

Jacob Wright has been named the 2025 recipient of the Incito Award by the Lenawee Community Foundation.

The award honors outstanding leadership by individuals under 40 who are making a meaningful impact in Lenawee County. Wright was recognized for his strong commitment to community service and philanthropy.
