Adrian, MI – The Lenawee Intermediate School District Tech Center has recognized dozens of Lenawee county students for completing Certified Nurse Assistant training.

The school celebrated their accomplishments in two traditional pinning ceremonies. The most recent event took place on April 15 at the TECH Center campus, where 23 students were honored for completing the CNA program.

The ceremony featured the lighting of candles, the CNA pledge, and the presentation of pins; symbols of dedication that date back to the 1800s.

Instructor Debbie Blaker called it an honor and a blessing to recognize the students, saying their knowledge and skill are reflected in their, “kind hands and caring hearts.” For more information about healthcare training at the LISD TECH Center, visit lisd.us.
