Adrian, MI – A former Adrian High School band director has plead guilty as charged to four counts of criminal sexual conduct against a minor. A pretrial hearing was scheduled Tuesday for 50-year-old Aaron Mykelloff.

Lenawee County District Judge Todd M. Morgan noted that there was no plea or sentencing agreement between Mykeloff and his attorney. Mykeloff was suspended from his job at Adrian Public Schools after he was arrested in February while the district conducted an investigation.

APS Superintendent Nate Parker said in March that Mykeloff had been fired. Both the school district and Raisin Township police have said that the charges were not related to his employment.

Mykeloff is scheduled to be sentenced Tuesday, May 20th. He faces a maximum sentence of life in prison.
