
Adrian, MI – The United Way of Monroe/Lenawee Counties will hold a Spring Health Check, in partnership with ProMedica Monroe Regional Hospital, and Charles and Virginia Hickman Hospital. The free and low-cost health screenings will take place on three dates in the Spring.
The first one will take place Thursday, April 24th from 8am until noon at St. Mary’s Activity Center at 305 Division Street in Adrian.
The second health screening is scheduled for May 8th from 8am until Noon at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Temperance.
The final one will be May 22nd from 8am until Noon at Dundee Assembly of God Church.
A 22-point blood panel, Vitamin D Screen, and Hemoglobin A 1 C will be available at a low-cost. Other services offered include: Adult Immunizations, Blood Pressure Check, and Medication Counseling. For accurate results, do not eat or drink for 12 hours before your test. Medications may be taken with water.
All testing is subject to availability. The Health Screening events will also be a drug take-back event.
