Mary Jane “Janie” Stoner, age 78, of Clayton, Michigan, passed away on March 5, 2025 in her home surrounded by family. Mary Jane was born in Dearborn, Michigan to Forrest Clayton Neff and Marguerite Lucille (Bowman) Neff on March 18, 1946. She graduated from Addison High School in 1964. She was primarily a homemaker. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, sewing, and reading her bible. Mary Jane is survived by her daughter Michelle (Bert) Rowley, her grandchildren; Chrystal Evans, Andrew (Lynnette) Evans, Channel Deakins, Cheyanne (Bobby) Ballard, and 11 great grandchildren, nephew, David (Julia) Collins, sibling; Robert Cole. She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, James Duane Stoner; her parents, one sister Carol Lynn, and a niece Victoria Marie. She is now at home with her Lord, as God was so important to her, next to her family. There will be a memorial held at a later date to celebrate her life.
