Adrian, MI – The Dee Warner murder case saw two developments in Lenawee County court Monday. Jaron Warner and his father Dale Warner, who both have been charged in connection to the murder of Dee Warner… Dale’s wife and Jaron’s stepmother…appeared in court for hearings.
Dale has been charged with Open Murder and Evidence Tampering. Jaron has been charged with Evidence Tampering and accessory after the fact to a felony. A hearing took place in Circuit Court Monday to decide whether or not to drop the evidence tampering charge against Dale.
Judge Michael Olsaver did not issue a ruling Monday, but instead will issue a written opinion at a later date. A preliminary examination has been scheduled for Jaron Warner April 4th at 9am before Judge Olsaver.
