Stephen Alan Bailey, age 59, of Adrian, Michigan, passed away,
February 8, 2025 at Promedica Toledo Hospital, Toledeo, Ohio.
He was born July 13, 1965, in Tecumseh, MI, the son of
Donald Elwood Bailey and Rena Rose Rebattaro. On March 17, 1990, he married Lorie Ann Hornsby in Adrian, MI and she survives.
Steve was a graduate of Tecumseh High School, Class of 1983.
He was employed with Comcast Communications, Adrian, MI.
Steve loved to fish, golf, and bowl. He also coached his son’s youth baseball teams, which he thoroughly enjoyed.
In addition to his wife Lorie, he is survived by three sons,
Stephen Zachary, Travis Hamilton (Shelby), and Marshall Lee; 4 grandchildren, Mercy, Kayson, Myla, and Kash; brother, David Lee Vanderpool; and sister, Julia (Mike) Smith.
A memorial service Steve will be held 4:00 p.m. Thursday, February 13, 2025 at Purse & Son Funeral Home, Tecumseh, MI, with Pastor Brian Jones Officiating.
Visitation will also take place Thursday, February 13, 2025 at Purse & Son Funeral Home, Tecumseh, MI, from 2:00 p.m. until time of service.
Final resting place will be at Brookside Cemetery, Tecumseh, Michigan.
