Adrian, MI – Community members gathered Sunday afternoon at the Holy Family Parish St. Mary Campus Activities Center in Adrian for a “Know Your Rights Advocate Training.”
There was a presentation by the Michigan Immigration Rights Center Managing Attorney, Anna Hill-Galendez, in which she talked about a variety of topics…from what to do if you encounter an immigration (ICE) agent while in a vehicle, at work, or if they attempt to contact you while at home, to what to do after you have been detained.
