Larry LaMont Hunt, 85, of Adrian, passed away on February 21, 2025, at Springcreek Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. He was born on January 24, 1940, in Clinton, Michigan, to Clarence and Myrna (Lyons) Hunt.
Larry built a dedicated career in the automotive industry, working for Ford Motor Company. He began at the Romulus plant before transitioning to the Saline plant, where he remained until his retirement after 32 years of service. A true car enthusiast, Larry had a passion for new vehicles. He was known for trading in his cars after about 10,000 miles to purchase a brand-new one.
He is survived by three children: Debra Hall, Wendy Hunt, and Larry Hunt Jr.; a sister, Beverly Lacy; four grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild and one on the way. Larry was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Myrna Hunt; wife, Helen Irene Hunt; and brother Richard Hunt.
Cremation has taken place with no services at this time. Burial of cremated remains will be in Riverside Cemetery, Clinton.
