Adrian, MI – The case involving an on-leave Lenawee County Band Director continued in Lenawee County court earlier this week.

A hearing was held Wednesday in the courtroom of Judge Todd Morgan after Circuit Court Judges Anna Marie Anzalone and Michael Olsaver were disqualified from hearing the case against 50-year old Aaron Mykeloff. Judge Morgan is serving as Circuit Court Judge in this case.

He was charged with four counts of first degree criminal sexual conduct, and placed on leave by Adrian Public Schools earlier this month.

The Raisin Township Police Department said that Mykeloff is alleged to have had a sexual relationship with a minor, but that the investigation did not lead officers to believe this was connected in any way to his employment.

If anyone has further information related to the investigation, they are asked to contact the RTPD. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for 9am Tuesday, March 4th before Judge Morgan.
