Adrian, MI – The property located at 214 Comstock Street is set for demolition after approval of a bid by the Adrian City Commission.
A resolution passed by the group states that the property has fallen into disrepair, and has become a structure unfit for human occupancy, and the Code Enforcement Officer has ordered it to be demolished…as repair is unreasonable.
The document also states that the property at 214 Comstock Street is negatively impacting the surrounding neighborhood from a property value and safety standpoint.
The City Commission approved the low bid, $15,000 from Desbrough Excavating and Trucking out of Dundee.
