Margaret Ann Russell, age 87, of Tecumseh, MI passed away on Sunday, February 16, 2025 at Hampton Manor of Dundee Assisted Living, under the care of Compassionate Hospice. She was born on June 26, 1937, the daughter of the late Leonard and Panzy (Sams) Mullins. Margaret was an Assistant Supervisor for a number of years at JAC Products. She was married to John Edward Russell, until his passing in July of 2009.
Margaret was a person who was absolutely devoted to her grandchildren and she thoroughly enjoyed spending time with them whenever possible.
She is survived by her two children, Jeffrey Willard of Tecumseh, MI and Cindy Hull of Ypsilanti, MI; her sister, Jane Peppard of Ypsilanti, MI; three grandchildren, Nathan (Carrie) Willard of Tecumseh, Jason Hull of Livonia, MI, and Jessica Hull of Cayuta, NY; and four great -grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Margaret was preceded in death by her husband, John, and four brothers.
At Margaret’s request, cremation has taken place, with her final resting place in Alban Cemetery on Bemis Road, in Ypsilanti, MI. A Celebration of Life for her will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions in Margaret’s honor may be made to The Ronald McDonald House in Toledo, OH. (Ronald McDonald House Charities of Northwest Ohio).
