
Lansing, MI – Governor Gretchen Whitmer recently announced many appointments to Boards and Commissions, including one individual from Lenawee County.
Eric Bleich, of Hudson, is owner of Bleich Family Farms and E & R Acres has been appointed to the Michigan Dairy Market Program Committee. Bleich was previously a feed technician at Michigan State Dairy and holds a license as a pesticide applicator.
Bleich additionally holds an associate’s degree in dairy management from Michigan State University.
The Michigan Dairy Market Program Committee works in conjunction with the United Dairy Industry of Michigan to promote the sale of dairy products and to educate consumers, health professionals, and educators about the dairy industry and the nutritional benefits of Michigan’s dairy products.
Bleich’s appointment is subject to the advice and consent of the Senate.
