Mark Allen Wilson, age 64 of Manitou Beach, Michigan, passed away under the loving care of his family January 30 th 2025. Mark was born April 23, 1960 in Hudson Michigan to Patricia and Roscoe (Jerry) Wilson of Addison, Michigan. Mark lived a life full of passion and adventure. He was never afraid to chase the things that set his soul on fire. From racing motocross at a young age, to restoring vintage dirt bikes in his later years. In 2003, Mark went on to record his CD “On My Mind” with his band ‘5 Star Country’. Mark brought energy and joy to everything he did. His hands shaped more than just concrete and music – they built memories and friendships that would last a lifetime. Mark was an amazing man who was always there to lend a helping hand. Mark is survived by his mother Patricia Wilson, his children Mark Jr. (Sara) Wilson, Matt (Ashley) Wilson, Brent (Tracie) Wilson, Blayne (Menta) Harper, Holly Martin, Tyler Wilson, his grandchildren Haley, Reileigh, Emma, Aubrey, Waylon, Reece, Ryder, Axyl, Scarlett and Jett. His two brothers, Darrell (Corinnea) Wilson, Kenneth (Shirley) Wilson and his sister Deb (Jason) Wheeler. He also leaves behind several nieces and nephews, and countless friends who were touched by his kindness and humor. Mark was the kind of man who could light up a room with a song and a smile. He was a dreamer, a storyteller, and a fighter. Above all, he was a father and a grandfather whose love was unwavering. While his voice may no longer fill the air with music, his song will forever live in the hearts of those who loved him. Mark’s presence in our lives was a gift, and while we mourn the passing, we celebrate the incredible life that he lived. Mark will be deeply missed, but never forgotten.
