On December 26, 1956, a beautiful baby boy came into this world named Robert John Sharow. His parents John and Joann, with sisters Debbie and Jackie welcomed him into the family with open arms. Growing up he loved playing with hot wheels, riding his bike, horseback riding, playing basketball with all the neighborhood kids. One of his favorite things was to go fishing at Williams Lake in Lupton, Ml where his family had a trailer at Williams Lake there were always lots of aunts, uncles and cousins to hang around with, e11joying lots of laughter, fun and great memories during deer hunting season he always enjoyed going to Cadillac, MI with his hunting buddies. On June 22, 2003, we had our first date. His cousin Sharon set us up on a blind date and we hated each other. Bob continued to pursue me until I said yes that I would go out with him again. Even though Bob lived in Flint, Ml and I was living in West Branch, Ml. When Bob came to see me, he would always bring me roses. He kept asking me to marry him and my answer was always no. After asking about 20 times, the one thing that touched my heart was when I was working at the Walmart Portrait Studio, he got down on one knee and asked me to marry hin in front of the whole store. Of course, I said YES because, if you know Bob, it took all he had to do that. At that moment I knew, he really really loved me. On May 21, 2005, we were married. Our families and many friends were in attendance on this joyous occasion. After tying the knot we decided to move to Burton, MI and then to Davison, MI. He worked various jobs and retired 6 years ago and was able to spend a lot of time together. When we first got together, we did a lot of traveling to Boyne Mountain. Bob and I both loved it there, especially in the Fall. We enjoyed traveling and went to Tunnel of Trees every year. We enjoyed are trips to Sault St. Marie, Mackinac City and Mackinac Island, Michigan, Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin, Hershey, Pennsylvania, Gatlinburg, Tennessee and Orlando. Florida, What was so nice about our trips was it allowed Bob to see these places since he never got to see any of this until we got together, which filled my heart with joy. On January 1, 2025, at 2:22 a.m. Bob received his heavenly wings and became pain free. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He is leaving behind his wife Debbie, stepson Mike and grandson Dom, his sister Debbie Block and husband Jim, sister, Jackie Boven, sister Barb Robertson and husband Brian, sister-in-law Laura Davidson and husband Robby, brother-in-law, Jerry Ritter and wife Judy, sister-in-law Sherry Barber and husband Randy, our cats Pepper and Dusty that he loved so much.
