Tim loved his family and friends and was known for his quick wit, big heart, caring nature and “Mustang Sally” singing voice. He previously enjoyed being a singer with the bands “Gun Shy” and “Back Roads.” Tim made a name for himself as a first class pit master with his business Heavy Duty Barbecue. As he used his smoker he loved to say he was “Smokin’ Up Da Hood.” In 2015 he joined forces with pit master Doug “Hoss” Millyard and co-founded the charity organization Kookin’ for Kids Lenawee County. Over the past nine years their annual fundraiser has collected $275,000 and much more in donations of food and prizes. 100% of the donations go for Christmas gifts for the children of Lenawee County.
Tim is survived by his beloved daughter Emmalee L. Cagle of Adrian; two brothers, Steven L. (Debra) Cagle of Irish Hills, and Scott (Heidi) Cagle of Adrian; mother and stepfather Carolyn & David Noel; stepmother Sharon Cagle; uncle Gary (Pam) Cagle; aunt Amy Justice; treasured nieces and nephews Jacob (Alex) Cagle & children Seamus and Marianne of New York City; Olivia Cagle of Morenci; Travis (Janelle) Cagle & Cash of Adrian; Taylor (Dustin) Mohr & children Ryker and Raelle of Adrian; Torey Cagle of Adrian; uncle Johnnie Holt; aunt Elizabeth (Gordon) Lawrick; numerous cousins and stepbrothers and sisters; and many dear friends.
