Lansing, MI – Forty-eight Michigan Lottery players became millionaires in 2024 playing Lottery games, according to a statement by the organization. The largest prize won in 2024 was a $842.4 million Powerball jackpot won on the first day of the year.
The prize was won by a three-member lottery club. They purchased the winning ticket at the Food Castle of Grand Blanc.
The 48 prizes of $1 million or more accounted for more than $945 million in winnings for players. In addition to the 48 players who won $1 million or more, about 200 players won prizes of at least $100,000 in 2024.
