Adrian, MI – The Adrian Fire Department welcomed five new firefighters with a badge pinning ceremony at a recent meeting of the Adrian City Commission.
Each of the new firefighters earned their badges on Monday, December 2nd, after completing a year-long training program. If this class of firefighters seems larger than usual, that’s because it is; a recent vote by the City Commission increased the number of members the Fire Department can accept at one time.
The list of firefighters who were awarded badges include Sandy Gooding, Jack Hepler, Jason Loper, Brett Borton, and Haley Smith.
