Adrian, MI – The Adrian Community Academy held a graduation ceremony earlier this month. 18 graduates received their Academy Certificates, presented by Commissioner Mary Roberts, City Administrator Greg Elliott, City Attorney Burke Castleberry, Mayor Angie Heath, Utilities Director Will Sadler, and Commissioners Matt Schwartz and Gordon Gauss.
This was the second year of the Academy, which was organized and facilitated by Commissioner Roberts, with the support of the Adrian City Commission and City staff.
The Academy consists of a ten-week course educating students of all ages about the city’s government and its different departments. The 2025 Community Academy will begin accepting applications in June of next year.
