Adrian, MI – Trial dates have been set for the murder and evidence tampering case against Dale Warner, the Lenawee County man charged with killing his wife, Dee.
Lenawee County Prosecuting Attorney Jacqueline V. Wyse and Defense Attorney Mary Chartier were both in court Wednesday morning in front of Circuit Court Judge Michael Olsaver. Dale Warner appeared from the Lenawee County Jail via Zoom video.
Both parties agreed to a trial date of September 2nd, 2025…through October 14th, 2025. There is a final pretrial date scheduled for August 27th. There may be an additional pretrial scheduled prior to the August date.
Dee had been missing since April, 2021. Her body was found this summer in an anhydrous tank on property owned by Dale. A recording of the proceedings from Wednesday morning is available to view online, on Lenawee TV, under the ‘breaking news’ category.
