Raymond Clarence Feltzer, age 68, of Pittsford, MI, passed away on October 4, 2024, under the care of hospice in Newport, MI.  Ray was born in Ypsilanti, MI to William and Elizabeth Feltzer on December 27, 1955.  He went to high school at Pittsford High School.  He worked in factories his whole life until he retired in 2018.  Ray married Ruth A. (Phibbs) on May 15, 1982, and had 2 children, William and Jodie. He enjoyed woodworking, mechanics, gardening, lawn care, playing games and spending time with family.  Ray was a good man, an amazing husband and father.  He would help anyone that needed it. He would also show you how to build or fix things if you asked. He was always working on a project whether it be a car, truck or the house. He enjoyed  working with wood and wanted to make customized items. If Ray didn’t have a tool to help him make specific cuts, he would create something to get that perfect cut. If you knew my dad, you knew that when he built something, it had to be correct.  Even in his last days he had me fixing the angles of the pictures on the wall so that they were straight.  Ray is survived by his son William and (Francis) Feltzer, daughter Jodie Feltzer. Grandchildren Maggie Feltzer, Lori Feltzer, Curtis and (Jackie) Norris and Kayla Norris, Great grandchild Elizabeth Morris. Siblings Jerri Ellerthorpe, Sandra Watkins, Mary Ann and (Doug) Elzerman, (Mike) Green, Robin Sines, Dawn and (Galen) Waters, In-laws Brenda Briner, (Bonnie) Phibbs, Denise Phibbs, Robin Phibbs.
