Patrick James Riley, age 81, of Adrian, passed away early Wednesday, October 23, 2024, at Charlotte Stephenson Manor. He was born in Adrian on April 23, 1943, to the late John and Minerva (Clegg) Riley. Patrick attended and graduated from Adrian High School. ON August 19, 1967, he married Margaret Culhane, and she survives.
Patrick worked for General Motors for approximately 20 years. After his retirement, he loved to hunt and fish, golf, wood carving, and bird watching. He and Margaret loved to travel, often going to Arizona in the winters, their cabin in Lewiston, casinos, and loved the Alaskan Cruise they went on. Patrick was a fan of 60’s music, and a past member of the NRA and Lenawee Carvers Group.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Margaret; children, Thomas (Misty) Riley and Shannon (Russ) Billau; grandchildren, Michael, Christopher (Nichole), and Abigail Billau, and Patrick and Erin Riley; great-grandson, Jackson Christopher Billau; grand-doggies, Oakley, Ranger, and Riley; brother, David (Bonnie) Riley; and a niece, Cheryl Riley. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Patrick John Riley.
In keeping with Patrick’s wishes, cremation will take place and there will be no services.
