Jason Paul Johnson, age 37, of Sand Creek, passed away from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident on Monday, October 21, 2024. He was born on February 8, 1987, in Adrian to Susan Johnson.
Jason recently started working for Adrian Steel as a spot welder. When he wasn’t working, Jason could be found spending time with his children, traveling up north, fishing or hanging out with his friends and family. He also enjoyed going to dirt track races, working on cars, testing his luck on scratch off lottery tickets, cooking for his family – including his fried bologna sandwiches, watching movies, and going on his famous trips to get ice cream. Most importantly, Jason’s whole world revolved around his 4 children. He was known for being a family man, passionate father, always a jokester who had the biggest heart and would help anyone. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
To cherish his memory, Jason leaves his mother, Susan; father, Greg Harris; significant other, Christian Hartzell; four children, Hannah, Clara, Jaxson, and Gunner Johnson; a brother, Josh Johnson; grandmother, Martha Harris; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Jason was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Belen Sr. and Clara Johnson, and uncles, Belen Jr., Robert, and Richard Johnson.
