Bethelene C Kuney,78, passed peacefully, October 14, 2024 at Caring Dunn Right, Morenci, MI, where she has resided since February 2023.
Beth was born on January 28, 1946 in Santa Barbara , CA to Cecil and Beatrice Webster. She resided in Santa Maria, CA, where she met her husband Robert Kuney while he was stationed there with the USAF, they married on July 19, 1962., and then made Adrian their home. they shared 43 years of marriage until his death in 2005.
As a promise to her Daddy, Beth returned to school graduating from Adrian High School in 1965, in the top 20 in her class. She was employed by the State of Michigan for over 35 years, retiring in 2007.
In 2008 Beth moved to Bokoshe, OK to be closer to her Momma and brothers. Due to a decline in her health she returned to Michigan in February 2023 to be closer to her family.
Beth is survived by two sons, Brian (Mary) Kuney, Orangeburg SC, Roy (Lisa) Kuney, Jasper, one daughter Bobbie (Chuck) Ankney, Adrian.
10 Grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, her brother David (Barbara) Webster, Tulsa, OK, and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband, and her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Zachariah Kuney, brother Eugene Webster, nephew Jacob David Webster.
Cremation has taken place and there will be no services at this time.
