Dorothy May Rogers, age 97, passed away September 25, 2024 at Evangelical Home in Saline Michigan. She was born in Manchester, Michigan the daughter of Glen and Bertha (Uhr) Adams.
Dorothy married Leslie “Bud” Rogers on December 23. 1950. He proceeded her in death.
She attended Manchester United Methodist Church for many years.
Dorothy is survived by two sons James (Terry) Rogers and Steven Rogers all of Tecumseh, Michigan. Nine grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren and eleven great-great grandchildren. Sister in law Sheila Adams, many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded by her parents, sister Marie Langowski and Lillian Hlavka, brothers Robert and Baby Adams, granddaughter Patricia Christensen.
In Dorothy’s honor donations may be shared with Evangelical Home Saline or Arbor Hospice.
Cremation has taken place with Purse & Son Funeral Home, Tecumseh MI.
No Services are planned at this time. Interment will take place at Oak Grove Cemetery, Manchester, Michigan.
