Adrian, MI – Adrian Police are investigating a car vs. bicycle crash near the intersection of South Main Street and Jordan Street at around 11:23pm Wednesday night.
APD says that a male cyclist was riding southbound on S Main St and was struck by a vehicle traveling southbound. The victim was transported to the hospital by the Adrian Fire Department, and sustained non-life-threatening injuries. The driver involved in the crash fled the scene.
The driver and vehicle have not been identified or located at this time. The vehicle is described as a dark colored passenger car. Debris left at the scene indicate it was a 2016-2018 Chevrolet Malibu. The vehicle should have damage to the front, and is missing the entire top portion of the grill.
The Adrian Police Department was assisted by the Adrian Fire Department and the Lenawee County Crash Investigation Team.
