Adrian, MI – The lawyer representing Dale Warner (pictured below), the Lenawee County man charged with murdering his wife Dee, left a comment for WLEN News after police confirmed they found Dee’s remains in an anhydrous container on his property.
Mary Chartier (pictured above) responded to WLEN News’ request for comment after the remains were positively identified:
“The latest update from the police is a tragic turn of events for all those who loved and cared for Ms. Warner. However, this does not change Mr. Warner’s position, and we are prepared to fight for him at trial.”
Warner’s case is scheduled for a pretrial hearing in Lenawee County Circuit Court September 4th at 8:15am in front of Judge Michael Olsaver.
