Tipton, MI – Dee Warner’s brother, Gregg Hardy, spoke at a press conference Thursday afternoon at the The Events Center on Hardy Farms near Tipton the day after human remains discovered on property belonging to Dale Warner were positively identified as Dee. Remains were found over the weekend in an anhydrous tank on a Paragon Road property. Hardy said Thursday that dental records were a 100% match for his sister.

The Michigan State Police said in a news release Wednesday evening that they have ruled Dee’s death as a homicide, and that they have discovered the cause of death. MSP did not release the cause of death. Hardy told the media members in attendance that there is one and that he won’t be talking about it…he’s leaving it up to the authorities to talk about.

Rikkell Bock, Dee’s youngest adult daughter, made a brief statement at the press conference. She thanked everyone for their continued support, even when she and other family members didn’t want to believe in themselves anymore.

Dee’s husband, Dale, was arrested and charged with Open Murder and tampering with evidence back in November of 2023. There is a Pretrial Hearing scheduled for 8:15am September 4th in the courtroom of Lenawee County Circuit Court Judge Michael R. Olsaver.
