Adrian, MI – The Adrian pastor charged with six counts of criminal sexual conduct was back in Lenawee County District Court Monday morning. Michael Goble (pictured below) waived his right to a preliminary examination in the courtroom of Judge Laura J. Schaedler.
The purpose of that examination is for the prosecutor to show that there is enough evidence to charge the defendant. With Goble waiving that hearing, Judge Schaedler bound the case over to Lenawee County Circuit Court. Goble is scheduled to be arraigned on August 28th at 8:15am.
