
Nancy was a proud member of Quincy High Schools graduating class of 1964. After graduation she married the love of her life, George Tanner Sr., on March 10, 1967, in Bryan, Ohio. Nancy worked for Hayes-Albion Corp. and lastly Homer Donaldson Manufacturing. When she wasn’t working in manufacturing Nancy and her husband George were the proud owners and operators of Georges Towing in Hudson, Michigan. In her free time, she enjoyed traveling, visiting the casino, and spending time with her family.
Left to honor Nancy’s memory are her son, George Tanner Jr.; son in law, Eric Hoffman; brother, Clifford Delaney; sister, Linda (Robert) Deck; grandchildren, Ashlynn and Abbey Hoffman, and special niece Dawn Evans. She is preceded in death by parents Renford and Helen Delaney, her husband, George Tanner Sr., daughter, Georgia Lynne Tanner-Hoffman, brothers, Richard Delaney and Lamar Delaney in infancy.
Visitation for Nancy will be on Thursday, August 22, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at Eagle-Marry Funeral Home in Hudson, Michigan. Funeral services will immediately follow at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Amber Pond officiating. Burial will be in Maple Grove cemetery Hudson, MI
