Hudson, MI – It could be at least another year before construction begins on the Beecher Road bridge just east of US-127 near Hudson. Lenawee County Road Commission Engineer and Managing Director, Scott Merillat, was on View Point…and was asked about the status of the bridge repairs…
The bridge was damaged by a brush fire in the Fall of 2023, which forced the closure. The Road Commission had no plans in the near future to work on the bridge.
Merillat says that it is looking like at least another year before construction could begin…
