Adrian Commission Moves Forward with Contract to Purchase New Ambulance

Adrian, MI – The Adrian City Commission voted to enter into a contract to purchase a new Braun ambulance at a cost not to exceed $339,891.

The down payment at the time of order will be just under $34,000. The balance will be due at the time of ambulance completion at the factory. Adding a new ambulance to the City’s fleet has been something that Fire Chief Aric Massingill has highlighted during the budgeting process.

He said that with the purchase of their newest ambulance, his department can staff three ambulances at a time on some days.
