Clifford “Cliff” A. Wilkins, age 86, of Brooklyn passed away Sunday July 14, 2024 surrounded by his loving family. Cliff was born August 1, 1937, in Jackson, Michigan to Ernest and Ione (Allen) Dreud, and later was adopted by Leaon Wilkins. Cliff was a member of the of United States Marine Corp. Cliff worked for many years as a lines man for Consumer Energy. On October 20, 1957, Cliff married the love of his life Rosalind Perrine in Jackson, Michigan and she proceeded him in death in 2015.

Cliff was a member of Heart of Lakes Church. A cub scout master in Brooklyn and a member of the Brooklyn School Board. Cliff could build or fix anything he put his mind to.

Cliff is survived by his children; Kevin (Penny) Wilkins, Wayne (Karen) Wilkins, and Wendy (Mike) Deverell; brothers; Marvin Baxter, and Bruce Baxter; grandchildren; Michael, Megan, Stephanie, Amanda, Robert, Justin, Katlynn, Jessica, Cameron, Benjamin, Karla, Adam, Wayne, Karissa, Marc, and Michelle; 24 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren. In addition to his wife Rosalind, Cliff is proceeded in death by two sons; Rodney and Mark Wilkins; granddaughter; Jennifer Wilkins, and great-grandson; Rodney Wilkins, and brother; Allen Wilkins.

Funeral Services for Cliff will be held at Heart of the Lakes United Brethren Church on Saturday July 20, 2024, at 11:00 pm with Pastor Cyle Young officiating, burial will follow at Roseland Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Brown-Van Hemert Funeral Home – Addison on Friday July 19, 2024. Memorial Contribution for Clifford may be made to Heart of the Lakes Church or Henry Ford Hospice House.
