Garrison Lee Bowers, age 45, of Adrian, MI, died unexpectedly on July 9, 2024.
Garrison was born on April 4, 1979, in Bristol, Tennessee, the youngest of Garry Lee and Mary Erminia (Flores) Bowers’ three children. Garrison was immensely loved by his family.
Garrison was an amazing father and was a family man, the most important thing in his life was FAMILY, especially his grandchildren. Garrison was a truck driver who made a career out of long hauls, but at home all his time was spent with his loved ones. Whether it was his passion for riding motorcycles with his son, watching the Buccaneers games and rivaling with his family about their teams, going out with family or just staying at home surrounded by his grandchildren, Garrison was happy. He was an ordained minister and his faith brought him comfort in life.
He is survived by his children, Justan Bowers of Morenci, Trenton Bowers, Savannah Bowers and Hunter Bowers, of Adrian, along with his daughter, Journee; his wonderful grandchildren who called him Papa, Riverlynn, Amynah, Karter, Kaius, Bryson and Avery, with another on the way; his sisters, Kelly Bowers and Kristy (Bryan) Bowerman; and his nephews, Terrell, Jaylen and Isaias. Garrison was preceded in death by his parents and niece, Jazzmine.
There will be a gathering of family and friends on Thursday, July 18, 2024 from 2:00 to 6:00 PM at Wagley Funeral Home, Adrian.
