Fulton County, OH – A 74-year-old Adrian man died in a two-vehicle crash Thursday afternoon in Fulton County, Ohio. The Toledo Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol said that the crash occurred at approximately 1:18pm at the State Route 109 and US Route 20 intersection.
The Patrol reports that the Adrian man was driving southbound on 109 when he failed to stop for the post stop sign at US 20, and struck another vehicle…driven by a Waldron, Michigan man. The passenger in the Adrian man’s car, a 71-year-old from Sarasota, Florida, sustained serious injuries in the crash and was taken to a Toledo hospital.
The occupants of the other vehicle sustained minor injuries. The Ohio State Highway Patrol identified the deceased as Richard Kinnick. The Patrol said that Kinnick was not wearing his seatbelt at the time of the crash…which remains under investigation.
