Adrian, MI – The Lenawee County man charged with murdering his wife and tampering with evidence will go to pretrial in July. Earlier this month, Judge Anna Frushour determined that prosecutors had enough evidence to take the case against Dale Warner to trial. His wife, Dee, has not been seen or heard from since late April, 2021.

There were multiple days spent in court with many witnesses giving testimony about the relationship between the couple, work on the family farm and trucking company, and the days, weeks, months, and years before and after Dees disappearance. Online court records show that Dale Warner waived his arraignment in Circuit Court and entered a “not guilty” plea.

The pretrial hearing is scheduled to begin July 17th in the courtroom of Lenawee County Circuit Court Judge Michael Olsaver.
