Adrian, MI – The Lenawee County man charged with killing his wife in April, 2021 will stand trial in Circuit Court later this month, after a District Court Judge deemed there to be enough evidence against him to go to trial.
The case against Dale Warner was bound over to Circuit Court Friday afternoon after multiple days of testimony. The judge from Washtenaw County, Anna Frushour, determined that the Lenawee County Prosecutor’s Office presented enough evidence in the preliminary examination for the case to go to trial.
Dale has been charged with murdering his wife, Dee. She has not been heard from or seen since late April, 2021. The trial has been scheduled for later this month in Adrian.
