Addison, MI – The Addison Community Schools Board of Education recently interviewed two finalists to be their next Superintendent of Schools…and offered the position to one of them.
A news release sent to WLEN News said that the interviews followed site visits by Lisa Falasco, former Michigan Center Principal and Scott Salow, Superintendent at Summerfield Schools.
The Board unanimously approved, voting 7-0, to offer the position to Scott Salow earlier this week…and the two parties entered into contract negotiations. The starting date for Salow is yet to be determined.
Salow will replace current Addison superintendent, Dan Bauer, who announced his resignation in March for personal family reasons after the unexpected passing of his son-in-law. Bauer will remain onboard in Addison until Salow can officially start.
