Adrian, MI – One block of downtown Adrian was closed Monday for the demolition of three buildings. Blighted structures at 116 through 120 South Main Street were torn-down for the advancement of the City of Adrian’s Maiden Lane project.
In April, the Adrian City Commission awarded demolition contracts to multiple businesses for the work…totaling around $390,000. The long-term vision for the to-be-vacant space is to house several small retail locations. No timeline is set for that construction.
