Adrian, MI – The closely-watched case of Lenawee County woman Dee Warner will be back in court this week, in the trial of her husband Dale Warner… who is charged with her murder.

A preliminary examination is scheduled for Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday this week in Lenawee County District Court. The case will be in front of a Washtenaw County Judge, the Honorable Anna M. Frushour.

Dale Warner has been in custody since his arrest just before Thanksgiving, 2023. He is being charged with Open Murder and Evidence Tampering.

Dee went missing in late April, 2021 from her home on Munger Road. She has not been seen or heard from since. In fact, Lenawee County Probate Court Judge Catherine Sala declared Dee legally dead earlier this year.
