Adrian, MI – The City of Adrian says that structural repairs have largely been completed at the Riverview Terrace building. The weekly Administrator update by Greg Elliott says that the owner is waiting on parts for its fire suppression system in order to allow the building to be ready for re-occupancy.

That work is anticipated to be completed in June. The property manager is currently accepting applications from those interested in, and qualified for, a unit. The MSHA Board recently approved an additional $800,000 loan from the Housing and Community Development Fund for the rehabilitation of Riverview Terrace, the 163-unit senior community.
